I would like to add explanation about getting URLs.
1. m3u file, for examples there are m3u files in Icecast directory http://dir.xiph.org/.
2. file information in WinAmp (SHOUTcast player http://winapm.com) menu.
3. link url in website of Podcast.
Post these URL to Twitter with the following format.
#twicecast http://<Stream URL> <Message>
Sample here, http://twitter.com/twicecast
